Worst car buying experience ever! Bought an F-250 in the end of August 2015, were told it had brand new brakes, etc just put on it right at the dealership service dept. This was confirmed when we had the oil changed at a separate automotive shop, they checked out the brakes and said they were brand new. I don't like how my mother was treated... Took the car back several times complaining of a rotten egg smell when she turn on the heat.... They never found nothing n then after only 78000 the car needed a new engine.... I don't recommend this car company to anyone..they sold my mom a car that possibly was in a flood...

I went in with the intention of buying a Hyundai, did not even consider a Ford. Carrie convinced me to drive a Focus and I loved it. I had a hard time letting go of my old car and dealt with the typical buyer's remorse the next day and both Carrie and her sales manager Hunter talked me through everything and helped out with my "emotional breakdown."
