We purchased a 2016 F150 from them at the end of December. There were 2 items missing from the vehicle at delivery. They mailed the missing items to us and made sure we were completely satisfied. They went above and beyond. Thanks Preston! We love our new truck!

Purchased 2 vehicles here. The first vehicle I purchased, one of the finance personnel shared my information with someone else not involved in my deal. Recently my wife was looking for a vehicle so I reluctantly had her look at Preston. After a lot of back and forth we settled on a price. We attempted to leave a down payment at the time of sale but it was not collected. We purchased the vehicle mid December. I personally was just contacted today about the payment. If I could give this a zero I would but I unfortunately have to give them some kind of rating. My husband and I were hesitant on even coming in to purchase a vehicle because of a past experience with the finance department giving our personal information to persons not involved in the sale of a vehicle. I have had great service here at the Ford dealership. Everyone is extremely nice. This time they had to put me in a rental because the part would not be in until the next day. I was just a little concerned because before they sent me to Enterprise that was on sight. The cars were a lot smaller than my escape. My husband could not get in them easily.
