Know your pricing. The advertised "frog price" is something they don't honor. They say it is based on ALL rebates, but no one qualifies for ALL the rebates. And 'all' the rebates don't add up to the difference between MSRP and 'frog price'. Preston emailed me after I raised the issue, but gave me a phone # that no one ever answered nor did it go to voicemail and never got a reply to my 'reply' email. The only reason our experience was ok, was because of Ray the sales Manager of Mazda! Though we ended up not buying a Mazda he continued to help us with our purchase through Ford. We have attempted to contact Chris in Ford multiple times after our purchase, and he had NEVER called us back, we have tried email also, with no response. Horrible service after the sale. Good experience, love my new truck! Neil Murray, my salesperson, was top notch! No high pressure sales, just a good selection to choose from and spent the time while I made up my mind which vehicle I wanted to purchase. Lots of inventory and options to look at and choose a new vehicle. Would definitely recommend in every aspect. Pricing was excellent, even my Dad said I got a good deal! LOL

Preston Ford is a Class Act! I live in Baltimore but I was getting jerked around like crazy by the dealerships here.
