When Imad the appointment Iwas told an hour to do the service and that Iwould be out of there in time to get to work by noon. I got there 15 min early and they didn't take the truck back until almost 10:15. By the time they finished up they made me a half our late for my job.

Terrible Family bought 5 vehicles from them over the last 20 years. Slid into a snow bank and they couldn't get my chevy cobalt in for the repairs for 3 more days to even look at it. $1900 price bid for $400 worth of parts. Radiator, ac cooler, transmission cooler with seals. It was outrageous and the service employees were horrible with a timeline of the car being fixed and didn't know who was in charge that I could talk to.
