Erika Muller, the Territory Manager with whom I placed the order for new windows and doors, was very professional. She was not pushy about making the sale, was very pleasant, well informed and answered all of the questions my husband and I had. From the initial sales visit through the completion of the window and door replacement, we were kept aware of the progress and had excellent installation on the the project. When there was a problem with one part of the install, Prestige followed through with the manufacturer to get the job done to our satisfaction. Their product is a superior one which has made friends and family comment on the positive changes to our home.
