They used subcontractors and took months to finish. Work was not clean and and was incomplete. Never sent anyone back out to assist or follow up on my concerns.

I collected three estimates through research and references. One estimate was less than PW&D but the other vendor didn't square up the comparable quality and chose PW&G. Cost was still among the market. Great project mgnt work from Joe from the beginning. Putting aside the current resource delays everyone is impacted by, they were timely, friendly, professional, and everything as contracted.
