The Project Manager, Guillermo Cruz was very professional, and very pleasant in managing the installation of my hurricane impact windows, and one hurricane impact door. Mr. Cruz made certain that I understood from the very beginning that I was to call him with any questions. The installation team (a husband and wife duo) started working on my storm windows and door project on June 14, 2021. They finished on June 24, 2021. It was fascinating to watch them work. They only took off on Sunday. They were very attentive to all the... read more

Erika Muller, the Territory Manager with whom I placed the order for new windows and doors, was very professional. She was not pushy about making the sale, was very pleasant, well informed and answered all of the questions my husband and I had. Tony, the Measurement Technician, was as well very patient with all of the questions I had for him and provided welcomed advise.
