Had 3 ESW sliding glass doors (2 2-panel and 1 3-panel) installed in my condo on the water in March 2021. Everything was going smooth until the installation date. I lost confidence in the installation team when they had to reinstall the 3-panel system multiple times because they could not figure out how to properly install the door/panels. Install manager at the time, Lucas Oliveira, was never available and did not communicate. All three doors have drafty sections where wind and humidity penetrate/whistle on a regular windy ... read more
