Jakob, the sales rep, made sure that all paper work was completed properly and clarified any questions or concerns I had. The project manager, Guillermo, and his team of installers were obviously skilled and performed their work very safely and neatly. Guillermo was onsite daily to ensure that my expectations were being met.
