5* We loved it too! Stephen drove us to/from The Rev (Las Vegas) on his day off. The rest of the drivers Chris, Jason, Jesse, and Brien were also awesome. The customer service of this company is also great. One of the limo drivers was a little late, so they gave us a discount on some of our trips. We definitely will be using them again when we go to Las Vegas. Don't use taxis, pay the little extra and use Limos instead!

I contracted with this company for New Year's Eve, 2014. They never showed. I called and spoke to the dispatcher that night after they were 15 minutes late. She checked the recording of my conversation when I booked the limo and agreed that they were supposed to drive for us that night, but no cars, limos, nothing was available. NOTHING!! I was given the name of a guy to speak to the next day, but he was never available, not at work, blah, blah, blah. Never a call back, no type of service recovery was enacted. Mike W was a kick ass driver. Gave us a bit of a tour after we landed in Vegas as well as some tips. Really nice guy and very helpful. On our last night he came by early, gave us another scenic tour and a chance to see the water shows on the strip. Will definitely use this service again. Also Mike you rock!
What great service! Today I messed up my reservation on the app making it for PM rather than AM to go to the airport. I called dispatch and they had a car to pick us up in 10 minutes. They were very gracious and accommodating. Thank you Presidential team!
Wow talk about professional. Amil was awesome. Very knowledgeable, friendly, overall great guy. He def started our vegas trip off great. Took us around town, even stopped at in and out for us. Would absolutely recommend to anyone! Thanks again presidential.
MORRIS APODEI IS AWESOME! We recently visited Las Vegas for pleasure.I used your service multiple times due to the wonderful driver! He was very professional, courteous, funny, and very thoughtful. Each time we requested him which made the outings far more pleasurable. Furthermore he was very knowledgeable about the company and spoke very highly of his employer. Our driver was amazing and so was the limo but I was charged 3 times and my friend was charged once (all for the same ride!) Our $141 round trip airport pickup and drop off has cost $324!! When I called the office they said someone would get back to me...still haven't heard back from them! So disappointed!!
