Awful. Charged wrong at booking and still not refunded the difference. When the booking fell through on arrival I was promised a refund due to break down in communication. 2 weeks on a 11 emails later I still don't have my refund or compensation to cover our costs. ..
If you have never booked a limo service before I highly recommend Presidential! Very professional , & limo was very well maintained, clean & driver ( sorry can't remember the name ) was very polite & sociable. We were picked up at the Mirage & dropped off at our wedding site , he was there also to pick us back up & take us back to hotel with a bottle of champagne in hand . Everything went great until we were supposed to be picked up. Our driver ignored our calls the last half hour, then turned his phone off when our time expired. Even worse is that we left our jackets in our limo, sent a Mail to you yesterday and still havent heard back from you! With this kind of customer service it might be the last place I'll recommend to friends..
