Absolutely great service Alonso picked us up from the airport and dropped us of at the Mirage Hotel definitely looking forward to are pickup on Wednesday and dropped back of at the airport for our return home
Only way to touch down in Vegas.
Huge shout out to our driver Adele for making the trip to and from the airport amazing. She was very informative about the city when asked about "what's there to do?" She was sweet, hilarious and had us in tears from laughing. The limo was clean and looked sharp. All around . I will continue to use Presidential for future rides and city tours. Our driver was not as friendly as he could have been... Every other person we met in Vegas was exceptionally accommodating but unfortunately the driver starting and finishing our trip was not. He was 10 minutes late picking us up on the morning we went home which left us nervous about being late for our flight and quite anxious. He had time to stop to get himself a coffee before picking us up.... Best customer service ! Clean ride,glasses and no wait. Yuri was waiting when we arrived and prior to arrival I had an email with who my driver would be. This was a surprise for my mom,aunt and best friend. Yuri didn't disappoint! He took pictures for us to have our memories! Thank you! Looking forward to doing business with you soon!
