We had them pick us up and drop us off at the airport as well as a service for our wedding. Everything was perfect. The drivers were very friendly, professional and on time (early actually) making the bookings was very convenient and accommodating to our needs. We will definitely be using them again in the very near future.
This company is fantastic. They always respond via emails keeping you up to date prior to arrival. They met us from the airport with a sign. The driver Jessie is amazing, he was so helpful and polite, he took us to Vegas sign and down strip whilst sipping processco. I would highly recommend this company and will be using again when u come over from the uk. P.s can you ask Jessie how he got on Wednesday? Would love to stay in touch X x x x x x
I felt like I needed to write this. Nothing but the best service over this past weekend. Our flight was 9 hours late, no problem, our driver Alex was there waiting for us, exactly what we needed after all of the delays. Our pick up was in the early morning of that fateful day that we will never forget. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening for my mother and her best friend both 82. They had never riden in a limousine before. The driver was so polite and so sweet. He had there favorite music playing Englbert Humperdink. That was so sweet for them. Thank you so much again. Well definitely call on you again.
The staff at Presidential were extremely helpful! We booked a tour of the strip to give away as a prize, and all our arrangements were done from across the country. Yessica made sure that we had everything we needed for our reservation, even helping us arrange additional champagne and putting our own gifts into the limo for our guests. The driver Brett took photos of our guests for us and sent them via email. Very positive experience. Guests had a great time!
Booked for a friends surprise 50th! Greeted us with sign, champagne ready! Made all the stops we asked, took pictures for us! No complaints!
