This company is full of scam artist. After receiving 3 confirmation emails, they no showed and didn't even call. Then they tried to collect on the return trip. Customer service is a joke with rude people trying to place blame on the customer. Avoid this place like the plague. I had heard how can they were but wanted to try them because of their good price for airport transport. But then I found out that was a scam as well with upcharges once you arrive. HORRIBLE COMPANY, DO NOT USE.
They did an awesome job. My niece was so surprised for her 21st B-Day celebration in Vegas. Luis our driver was amazing, he picked us up at airport, drove the strip and took us to our hotel. He even picked us up the day we flew out and took us to airport. Will definitely call them again and will ask for Luis to be our driver. Thank you!!!
This is The Worst Experience I have ever been thru!! Called way in advance and told them there were 8 of us!! Luggage wont fit!! People are Cramped!!! Called main number & Kevin there says he only takes reservations!!! It’s A Total Scam!!!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Best customer service that we’ve ever had! I surprised my husband for our anniversary. Our driver Clarice text me before we even got off the plane to say where she was waiting for us. She met us and took us to get our bags. There was ice cold water and champagne waiting for us in the limo. She gave us a tour of the strip and even stopped to let us buy drinks and snacks. Would highly recommend them and we will definitely be using them again in the future!!!
