I’ve used Presidential for years and have never had anything but the best of service. They have always been on time, friendly, helpful and a good deal for the money. I’d recommend them to anyone needing limo service in and around. Vegas.
I wish zero was an option. A group of 8 of us rented a limo to drive around for an hour. Driver dropped us off after 40 minutes. When we asked him why he shorted us 20 minutes he got defensive and rude. I emailed customer service and did not get any response from them. To top it off we paid cash and they still charged my credit card. Now I get to deal with that. Stay clear of this place. They will screw you.

We reserved a limo for a birthday party. Scotty, our driver for the 4 hour tour of Vegas, was amazing!! We had so much fun! Scotty was right on time, polished, professional, knowledgeable, and (best of all) FUN! He was the perfect host. The car was amazing. We will use this service and request him again in the future.
We recently used Presidential for our large group travelling to Las Vegas to celebrate 21st Birthdays. Our driver, Jodi was awesome!!! Also would like to give a shout out to driver Scotty for also showing up on his day off to say howdy and welcome us. You guys are the BEST!!! Thanks!!!
We had awesome service. Walter, was our chauffeur for both pick up and drop off. He greeted each of us in the party, which I thought was a very mice touch. He was helpful on restaurant recommendations. He also made sure to call and let us know he was on his way, or where we could find him. There was no waiting on him. He took care of all of our bags, which I know was a chore. We will from know on, rent a limo for Vegas, it was a nice extra for the weekend!!
We used these guys in Oct /Nov for airport transfers. Due to flight delays out of LAX we had to reschedule a number of times on the arrival day. Nothing was too much trouble. They arrived with cold champagne which was awesome. Our drivers on both trips were professional and friendly and the limos were first class. Highly recommend these guys and would definitely use again 5*
