Verified Renter I have lived here 5 years and have been very happy, especially now that my balcony view is Ivy Creek, the walking trails, and lots of nature’s sights and sounds! It’s really a hidden tranquil gem in a busy area and while traffic can be rough at times, the quiet seclusion of the complex plus access to shopping, restaurants, and activities makes it a convenient location.

Verified Renter My experience at persevere mill creek has been very good. I like the staff who are always ready to answer any questions I may have. Mr. Nelson manger of mantiance and his staff are great any problems I have in my apartment they are there within hours to fix what ever needs to be fix. Very nice they explaine any problems you may have. It's like talking to family.

Verified Renter Preserve at Mill Creek is the best apartments that I’ve lived in and I’ve lived in a few. No bugs, nice and quiet neighbors. Most of the management staff and all of the maintenance staff are amazing! The rent rates for the location are great too!
