Horrible management, nice property Although the website advertises a gorgeous pool area, be advised that the POOL IS CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. The management company decided to start pool repairs in early May & now the residents are unable to utilize the one amenity that brought most of us here. My family & I are leaving in 2 weeks after just 1 year here. Renters beware. This property was unfortunately recently acquired by Harbor Group Management in September. 9 years and no loyalty I have lived in these apartments for 9 years this month. They were originally owned by Amli and I never had any problems. Then about 4 years ago, they were bought by Sherman a BES Buford company and I have had nothing but problems. There is mold in the bathroom, bugs in the kitchen. A bottle of prescription narcotics went missing from my apartment after a semi-yearly inspection was done. NO NO NO!!! I have lived with the current management since they took over close to three years ago. I am a very concerned resident. Since living at these apartments, my rent has went up $40 each year, and then $100 this past year; due to there be no more concessions applied to accounts. If this was a new aspect of all leases, management should have notified all residents looking to renew, but instead never told anyone and did not even mention it at renewal time in the office. Cozy cool hip! Perfect apartments in the woods. Going home to relax but walking distance to movies, best restaurant and entertainment. Safe to walk around with a hidden trasure and 8 mile trail sgere you can jog, walk, rock clime or relax.
Gets the job done I moved into the area two years ago without knowing a thing about the communities in the area. I was guided towards Preserve at Mill Creek by coworkers as a quiet, friendly, and inexpensive place to settle into. Two years later, I've found that to be the case. Positives: - It's a quick drive to whatever you need: Publix, Costco, Mall of Georgia, restaurants, shops, G-Braves, all within a five minute drive. Terrible!!!!! You don't want to live here! The staff is awfully rude and they will try to charge you for breathing. I had an awful experience. DO NOT EVEN INQUIRE! Unfortunately if the staff wasn't terrible I would be living there today.
