Never had it this easy Started off calling around then I reached Tahrek at preserve at Mills Creek he was helpful and stayed by us as we found our new home and got approved within hours.

Amazing staff and community Vanessa was a phenomenal leasing agent. So kind, intellectual and a very easy to talk to. I know that her and rest of the team will make living in this community a breeze for me. I was stumbling on looking for a new apartment in a new state, but she made everything much and easier and was completely honest and straight forward.

I love it so much! My mom, and I lived here, in 2002-2003, when the apartments were called AMLI. Afterwards, we moved to a variety of places, and even owned a home until recently. After we sold our house, we explored many apartments in the Buford area. Most of the places we seen, the residents living there, lead an unhealthy lifestyle (heavy smoking being the number one turn-off), that made us run far from such places! They have termite (Don’t Move here) I just moved in on March 14th 2018. This is my first appointment and it’s horrible I’m in building 13 and not even being there a week I find out that I have termites. The appointment complex called terminix on the 19th and they come in and sprayed something in the laundry room and were supposed to come on back on the 20th. Unfortunately the termites are not just in my laundry room there in my kitchen and also my master bedroom. The terminix guy did not come back. I have called and emailed ... read more

Please do research before moving here! This apartment complex has been nothing but full of disappointments for the past two years. With the new management taking over, we had hoped to see lots of great changes! But as it turns out, this company is just as sleezey as the last one. They overcharge you, they dont do full inspections when first moving in, but they do make sure to be thorough when you leave, hitting you with ridiculous charges. A Satisfied Resident The Preserve at Mill Creek is in a fantastically awesome location. Horrible management, nice property Although the website advertises a gorgeous pool area, be advised that the POOL IS CLOSED UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE. The management company decided to start pool repairs in early May & now the residents are unable to utilize the one amenity that brought most of us here. My family & I are leaving in 2 weeks after just 1 year here. Renters beware. This property was unfortunately recently acquired by Harbor Group Management in September.
