Verified Renter They’re very good with communication through email on expectations and cleanliness of the complex. The landscaping always looks great and it’s a nice quiet area to live. Beautiful trails (Ivy Creek) right near the property to go walking/running without having to drive anywhere. They’re maintenance is friendly and timely with requests.

Verified Renter No way I would recommend moving here. The property has gone down hill in a major way. Constant smell of weed, patty’s at the pool all night on the weekend, loud residents that management won’t do anything about, gates constantly broken, and dirty property. It used to be okay, now it seems no one cares.
Don’t let it fool you Don’t let the pictures and the newly renovated front office fool you. I have consistently dealt with the smell of weed, loud music, shady neighbors, broken gates, unattended children, improper working A/C, incomplete work orders and overall crappy management for the last 2 years.

Preserve at Mill Creek is TRASH The management is very unprofessional, rude and try to do anything to over-charge you every chance they get. You will be ignored and treated poorly from the people who manage this complex. The neighborhood went MONTHS with a broke front and back entry gates, the walk in gate was broke for MONTHS, the hallways and laundry room are DIRTY for weeks and weeks at a time.
