I had an appointment made for August 1,2018 and I made it one hour before scheduled time and waited outside the door aswell even 30 minuets more after time schedule. It seemed as if it wasn’t open for the day plus I thought about Labor Day on Monday but I got no call from them to notify me about any changes. Me and my partner paid for the package and have only received a photo of the heart beat and gender and that’s all, were missing a whole lot. They were wrong about the gender. I went at 15 weeks. They said they would be able to tell me the gender. Right away she said she can tell it's a boy, and gave me 3 pictures with an arrow pointing at what looked like a p.... 2mo later at my dr appt I found out that it was a girl. So disappointed and upset!
