Scheduled a couples duo for a 2 year anniversary. I arrived 3 minutes late due to parking and they gave up our reservation and still tried to charge us $90. They had called me to confirm and failed to mention we needed to be there 15 minutes early. Horrible service and uncaring staff.
Very clean. On a good day there’s plenty to enjoy how’s Idie to COVID-19 a lot was shut down. Beautiful swimming area and upper outdoor level spa area. It gets crowded arriving early would best benefit your visit.
I went on a Wednesday night from like 6pm till 11pm, all the time I was there it was nice and quite and not crowed just how I like it. The drinks are a little pricey and the food taste good. Staff was very friendly and the place is very clean. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner smelled so good and the body wash leaves your skin smoothly. I would definitely go back.
