This place is a privacy disaster. People on phones are everywhere including the 'no phone zones.' I counted 6 people on their phones in the women's change room and had to leave the meditation room because four girls wouldn't stop taking photos of each other with flashes. I was nervous to change because I saw someone snap a photo in the change room right before I entered. The rules are not enforced and the facilities are okay at best. Relaxing afternoon - just what the Dr. ordered!!
I am on the fence about the facility vs the staff: The facility was great. Two of the staff members at the front desk were rude and dismissive. One of the managers did not take the time to listen to my complaint, and advised me to reach out to another manager. At one point I was wondering if I was experiencing racism. I sent an email to one of the managers and have not heard back from him. One of the staff refused to take my colleague’s money.
Everything is great except the locker room is to hot
