Great Place , very relaxing, not overly crowded like some other places I have been to. Would definitely recommend it if you live in NYC
Have been unable to get ahold of anyone in order to cancel my appointment, have tried the chat, email and calling. Very disappointing
Amazing place to relax, it’s 18 and over. Many saunas and big indoor pool with a bar. There also a meditation and sleep room. And packages for massages.

You got to get there early. Especially on the weekends it gets packed just after 12pm. The only thing I did not like was the service at the juice bar and the crowd that came in after 1 it got rowdy to the point that my friends and I couldn’t really enjoy the sauna. But overall had a good time.
The Clay and Himalayan sauna rooms and the rooftop hot tubs were my favorite. Very clean spaces and professional staff. The only negative for me that day was the purchase of footwear to walk throughout the facility. They were over priced and the improper sizing can be dangerously slippery when wet and climbing stairs. They don’t allow you to wear your own and the other option is bare foot. There was a problem with my bathing trunks, being Speedo, I was forced to buy bathing shorts on site or leave. I bought my ticket online and do not remember anything about the type of bathing trunks, particularly when ladies may wear whatever they please. So they took $35 for a pair of bathing shorts. I wonder who the owners are. It is not as good as anywhere in Europe. The background noise is unbearable, the meditation room is full of loudmouthed ladies rubishing their husbands and partners while the ladies in the main pool... read more
