No thanks. You email people promising they don't necessarily have to pay a spa entrance fee when they order and pay for a private massage, then you force them to pay the fee anyway when they get there, then email promising the same thing all over, but won't refund.

Well I am annoyed on account I purchased a Groupon a hour prior to getting to the spa. The personal said it is not activated until 24 hours, that is bull crap. The place is noisy except the quiet room. It very micro managed for my flavor as well.
dreadful service from start to finish. duped into signing for our ID. what we actually signed for is no complaints after 30 mins. my friend was kept waiting 50 mins while her locker was unable to be accessed. avoid like the plague. rooftop spa is nothing like the picture. nothing at all. you will be so disappointed. We are very disappointed. do not recommend.
