They attend to you quickly and their staff is super friendly unlike most doctors offices here in the desert. I love that we can go in at anytime instead of going to an ER because I have two little ones and we have gone in at 4 am sometimes and we were the only patients there.
Very bad experience. The reception first of all looked like she didn't know what she was doing, 2nd of all when I asked for her name her response was "why do you need it" I thought to myself excuse me? I trust you with all my sisters medical cards and so do many others and you can't even give me your name? I'm not sure but it's sounds to me like that urgent care just hires kids who have no customer service experience what's so ever, and very rude if I might add.
I dont know if it's because is flu season or somethin but the staff there were soo slow and so unfriendly.. I wad called in to the room after waiting 2 hours in the lobby and waited there 1 hour and 20 min for the actuall doctor to see me .. So while waiting in the room i walked out and asked one of the staff lady if how much longer is it going to take and she said she would check for me and come back to my room to let me know ..
