When in for COVID test it’s been 3 days and no results. Drove to office to ask for results they took my information and told me someone would contact me. No response yet.

False advertisement!!!!! If you’re looking to get rapid results, this is not the place! We chose to go here because the information on their website says that they provide fast results within the same day in their Palm Springs location. As we wait in line one of their staff members comes out to notify us that rapid results weren’t going to be available and now will be 24hours.
