I usually have a great experience but this time...horrible! Broken AC in the lobby was a hot box...a little floor fan..It was cooler outside! The Doctor was polite and apologized! Next time I will go to VIP urgent care.
We always have a great service, atvthe time we register they always great with a smile, they call right away n we never wait inthe room to long before the Dr show up.
Love Dr. Novak. I understand it's a long wait even when you have an appointment it's an urgent care, they take those with serious cases first. He's always kind to my grandma and I. He's very understanding and doesn't cut corners when it comes to your health. He said it straight flat out, "I need to start taking better care of myself." Such a great guy.
Well i went for my eye I didnt wait along time Dr and staff were nice I recommend it and would return hopefully I'll never have to.
Love it here ! There always super friendly and polite . I always get fast service and my kids feeling better..☺☺
Because there lazy they do not want to check blood pressure the old fashion way..
