I had to go there after being seen at the emergency room and I'm so glad I did... They were so thorough, efficient and welcoming... I left there knowing what the issues were and what my next steps should be... I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH MY CARE!!!!
Personally I dislike it. The Dr there sucks its.seems he.never knows anything and always sends.me.to see my children primary dr or to the hospital
Its ok if nothing is open! Long wait to go in and long waiting in room. They really don't know what urgent means or how to triage people wont go here again rather wait in JFK!
The doctors don't introduce themselves. The girls in the front were eating while checking me in. I'm sorry, but there are sick people in here! Why would you even want to eat with them right next to you?! I was sent home after receiving a shot from the doctor for "stress." About 8 hours later, I felt as if I was dying due to how much pain I was in and ended up being admitted to the ICU at Eisenhower. I would highly recommend to stay away from this place.
