Unfortunate experience with this dealership. Sales manager needs a lesson in customer service. Don't know of a person that wouldn't ask for the best deal when purchasing a car. When making offer the Sales Manager showed very poor sale ability. Could have responded professionally, but didn't. Disappointed in customer service. Needless to say, walked away without purchase.

When I called the service dept knew what was going on based on my description. They got us in, serviced our vehicle and got us back on the road. We are extremely pleased with your service. Very professional and the entire staff was so friendly. Thank you again.
