RecommendedI am from out of state (KS) and had several questions regarding leasing a new Tundra. All of my questions were promptly answered by David (finance) and Daulton (sales) at Premier. Very courteous group. Would recommend!
Thoroughly impressed by the man in finance. He was super nice and helpful. Keep him! He is an absolute hero. The salesman was also nice. Very knowledgeable. Only complaint is to listen to the customer as a salesman. I felt like I wasn’t heard. I think he was overwhelmed due to COVID. Definitely, have already recommended the Toyota Highlander and the dealership to multiple people.

Traveling through and got a check engine light on my Tacoma, called to see if they could quickly check if I could travel farther or needed something fixed. They said they could help me out in five days!!!

Can't find a better place to buy a Toyota from, I will travel from Omaha when its time for my next new vehicle!
Unfortunate experience with this dealership. Sales manager needs a lesson in customer service. Don't know of a person that wouldn't ask for the best deal when purchasing a car. When making offer the Sales Manager showed very poor sale ability. Could have responded professionally, but didn't. Disappointed in customer service. Needless to say, walked away without purchase.
They take great care of their customers!!! Very happy.
