Premier Smiles is great! They customized my treatment to my needs. Even after I got my wisdom teeth out and my teeth shifted they were very accommodating. They corrected the shifting and I am very satisfied.
I received my treatment at the Parma location. I was very comfortable and pleased with the staff. The wait time was short and they were very helpful and informative. I was nervous at first and They helped me transition into a more comfortable place while I received my braces. Thank you for the new smile as well!
EXCELLENT!!! I took my children to one of Dr. Kates locations for a consultation last year(2015), everyone at the office were great! They know everyone by their names what more could you ask for! They are so affordable you wont find anything else like it. We went to the Parma office and let me tell you I plan on going back. Dr. Kates & his team are the most Friendliest, Caring, Passionate, Considerate people I've ever met! I would definitely recommend you visit any one of his locations.
I was a patient at the warrensville heights office the staff and doctors were nothing but sweet and helpful I would definitely recommend this practice to anyone!
The severance office was unprofessional and unpleasant so I switched to the warrensville office. At the warrensville location I was impressed by the staff and less of a wait time. My teeth looked the same after having the braces two months till the time I got the braces off at 11 months. The glue on my fixed retainer did not hold and my mobile retainer cracked less than a month after I got it. The office then wanted me to pay for both after paying for my overpriced braces.
Dr. Kates and staff is very professional and accommodating to scheduling needs. My son was in treatment for 2.5 years left the state and returned for retainer follow-up care that is going great. I highly recommend Kates and associate and happy to see how the organization is growing
