My experience was very great ,I am a patient at the shaker location. Doctor Copeland is very awesome an on time .
I went to the Shaker location, I have to say the staff was extremely professional from the receptionist to the assistant that took care of me.Dr.Copeland was very nice,he took time to answer all of my concerns with getting braces.I am looking forward to getting my braces on.I would highly recommend the Shaker office great experience.
The shaker location is very precessional. Me and my daughter are patients of Dr.cooleland and just love our new smiles he's very friends and a over all great doctor and the staff there is great!
From the moment I walked into the office for my initial consultation at the Severance location I was given an awesome customer service experience. After greeting me , they asked if had been seen before my response was no this is my first time the young lady immediately responded welcome. Courteous , timely, friendly, welcoming , are just some the ways I'd describe my experience. Initially I planned on waiting , but once there I knew this was where I wanted to spend my money.
Shaker heights location was very unprofessional. Dr Copeland is not personable at all and acted as if he did not have times to answer patient questions. I also noticed there's a new manager every few months. I would not recommend based off of the inconsistent nature of the staff, doctor, and managers
Dr Kates and staff are all just wonderful. I am soooooo pleased with my teeth. Every one was always warm and inviting from my first treatment visit to my last. Very affordable pricing for all budgets. I highly recommend him.

I always have a pleasant experience with Dr Kates and his staff. Always warm and inviting, welcoming each patient with a smile and a greeting. Very clean, orderly, and helpful to the patients when it is needed. A very caring staff at Cleveland Heights!
Dr. Kates and his entire staff have been so helpful with my braces . I got them on a couple months ago & I look forward to all of my appointments. I never have to wait to get my braces tightened . All the doctors are so helpful and very knowledgable . Once I finish with my braces I know that my children will be coming to Dr. Kates so that he can work his magic !!
