The Cleveland Heights office I came into the office and I wasn't sure if I was going to get my braces but they came through for me... I love them they are very professional.
I have been going to them since April 2016 very pleased with them. Dr. Copeland is my Dr. Always very friendly.

Since I first came into the office in Parma, I have been treated so well. I feel so good every single time I come in there. The staff is great, friendly. They make you feel so welcome! Dr. Breha and Dr. Kates have been the best Orthodontist I have ever met. I am more than please with the overall treatment and the staff. Great work all!! :)
I was a previous patient of Dr. Kates and joyed my visit each time. They were always friendly & professional. Now it's time for my baby girl to get braces soon.
