Dr. Banasik is rude, condescending and pompous. My son came in on a Tuesday to have his braces put on. We left the office at 11:15 a.m. By 2:30 the brackets were coming off of his teeth. I called and they told me to come in the next day at 12:20. She immediately said he must have eaten something he shouldn't have. I explained to her that he had not eaten anything and that they were put on wrong and she completely dismissed what I said. She repeated again he must have eaten something to cause this. Premier smiles is by far the worst unprofessional non caring place of business. The assistants and Dr.Kates lack empathy for their patients when in a time of need for an emergency. Dr.Kates wasted my time to set an appointment with me to tell me he wouldn’t treat me. He made it clear it was not because he couldn’t help but because he didn’t want to. DO NOT go to them. If you break a bracket or your fixed retainer you have to wait a month or longer for an appointment which may result in your teeth shifting like mine. The staf... read more
My experience has been.... iffy because it’s either I’m waiting for a long time or they are not consistent with things. I’ve have issues twice with billing in which once again they dropped the ball. I request for the office manager to call me in regards to the billing issues and I never received a call and this is after I paid my account off. No one wants to help me with the issues and I’m just not happy. I would love to speak with Dr. Kate’s about the issues.
There is a high turnover of dentist. You start with one dentist and the next thing you have a brand new dentist that wants to work on something different. This was both at the Euclid location and Shaker location. 2 years later I was informed that my gap would never close all the way. This was the reason I got braces . They should have told me this before I spent out of pocket close to $4000. Then I have a permanent retainer that keeps coming unglued. Ridiculous. Would not recommend.

All of my office visits run smoothly with no wait time. kudos to everyone one in the office. My dental assistant Ann is exceptional. I did have the pleasure of meeting Riona today who was great. I have been a patient for two years now and I have definitely experienced great care over some time now and most of my visits were with a wonderful young woman named Riona she has provided the upmost care and I am definitely appreciated with the service and care she has provided for me!!!
Dr. Kates/his staff at the Cleve Hts office are exceptional! In all my years of receiving service, this experience is the best! My family received services beginning in 2008. I returned to have my retainer replaced; to my surprise they had moved. They upgraded their facility and the customer service is better than before. There's nothing like consistency. Nice to see familiar faces; it says a lot about the environment and culture. Premier Smiles providing premier service. Overall great work!
Dr. Copeland and his team are amazing!! Everyone is warm and friendly every time we come. They were very helpful and understanding while my family went through a hard time. Myself and my children are patients at the shaker location and I would recommend them to everyone!
