My experience at the Cleveland Heights office was a wonderful experience they were helpful from they Day I walked in September of 2015 to now they have been a big help and they are all an excellent crew.
Good service love going to my orthodontist they make me feel warming and at home it is a family environment very clean and professional and shiesha pillers gets me in and out on every appointment I am going to miss coming in when I get my braces off

I would just like to say the Cleveland Heights office is AMAZING!!! Everyone in there is professional, friendly, and courteous since the first time my son and I walked into the office over a year ago. My son has been going to that location since June 2015 and we have not experienced one negative issues. DR. SPRAWLS YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!!! I recommend everyone that mentions " I think I/my kids might need braces". Keep up the great work!
