My first encounter with Ivette was when she was representing a seller at a Brickell Avenue Condominium. Later, while I worked onsite for a developer, I again encountered her. Few times have I found more challenges in a Real Estate transaction. Google will filter out bad reviews, so I have to withhold what I would otherwise say.
In a nutshell: Ivette Agusti is where Real Estate + Attitude converge. Her bombshell look 👀 isn’t by default - it’s by methodical design. She is the business-world equivalent of the woman who buys a $10,000 Gucci handbag 👜 to send a message to rich men in the room: they must be willing to fill that bag with goodies that catch her attention.
