Pool was done ahead of schedule and Paul and Premier Pools were there every step of the way making sure the process was smooth. The reason I just thought of this today is because yesterday we had an issue with one of the valves not closing all the way causing the spa to drain about 3/4 of the way back into the pool. I called Premier this morning and spoke with Terrel and McKenzie, they were both very helpful and were on top of it right away, someone is coming out in a couple days to check on it and take care of the issue. All crewes were a pleasure to work with.
We had our pool construction start on September 16 and by November 8 we had water! Considering we had some rainy day delays I would say that was done fast! Premier did an excellent job! Our rep that we worked with was Ryan. He was awesome! He was always available anytime we had any questions or concerns. Everyone from the digging crew down to the cleanup crew was great. We highly recommend Premier Pools!
