I called Premier Pools and Spa for service on my 2000 Jandy Aqualink RS4 system. Somehow the automation wasn't working as it should. The serviceman arrived as scheduled, appropriately wearing the mandated safety mask, (to ensure the world to remain safe from the ever so deadly corona virus which will go away tomorrow as dictaster Newsom has declared... We love premier. You built our last pool and just refinished this one. Wouldn't consider anyone else.
The app and the staff were/are amazing. We always knew what was coming and when. Well except for a couple times when they called and asked "can we do X tomorrow instead of next week? YES PLEASE!
