We are a few weeks in and are very pleased. Yes, there are a few snafus that have come along but that is to be expected. Our salesperson Tim is great- highly recommended. Dani in the office is personable and accommodating, we enjoyed our interactions with her. Clay, our project manager is helpful and answers all our questions. Great job from start to finish!
Premier Pools built my Pool in Davis. They were very accommodating of all the change orders during the project. My design Pat Butler was a pleasure to work with and helped resolve any issues that came along. My project was complex because there needed to be co-ordination with masonry contractor who installed travertine pavers overlay on our patio and pool deck and the coordination was excellent with concrete contractor and contractor hired to put in the pebble sheen pool finish. We had our pool built by another local builder and we weren't happy. After the fact, I wished we had hired premier. When we decided to add a heater, I decided to go with premier and the customer service and quality of work was excellent. They went above and beyond and even corrected minor mistakes the other builder had made (helped us hook up our aqua link and added an automatic valve for our water feature). Communication was great and they always got back to me within 24 hours.
