We got 3 estimates before deciding on Premier Pools. We chose them due to Scott being so thorough about design and costs. His estimate was very detailed. Because this was a new project for our family, Scott shared his expert opinion about size and design, but also remained open minded to our requests and questions. We are building a pool and pool room and were new to the process. Tim was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and patient with us and our changes. Definitely recommend him, especially if its your first pool.
Finished ahead of schedule, did a great job keeping site clean during construction.
Buyer beware As of September 2019 Itâ??s been over a year and 5 months, we still do not have a properly working pool and we have had to open a active claim against this company with the registrar of Contractors to try and get this company to complete our pool. They have delivered work that the registrar has deemed NOT to be at even the most minimal of acceptable standards and awarded us the customer the judgement that Premier must fix their work and redo things.
