If you want to go with Premier, go with Paul. He is very professional and very knowledgeable about the industry. He came over to our house, talked to us and listened to our input about what we envisioned our backyard to be. A week later, he came up with the design and estimate. We loved the design. Price-wise, they're competitive. .

Had a problem with my pump recently and it took a little bit to diagnose. Premier and their service department treated me as if I was their only and most important costumer! They kept me updated along the way and were very fast to respond. You would think after your pool is built it would be hard to get them out but it is the opposite. They fixed everything fast and even provided me free filter cleaning after everything was up and running. The great service continues even after more than a year of the pool being finished.
I cannot say enough great things about Premier. They are a top notch pool building company. Cindy was the lead on our project and we couldn't have asked for a more patient person for me if you ask my husband. I was always full of questions and she was readily available for any and all of my concerns. Our pOol was started before and finished during COVID. Just finished up our construction for our new pool and spa in Roseville, and had a great experience. From the start, our sales consultant Ryan listen very carefully to what our pool design ideas were. It was very important for a modern look and style and premier pools delivered! Everyone involved in our project were professionals, from the excavation crew, to concrete they were each high quality. I would say value and quality score very high and follow up is equal.
