Awesome Pool We've had our Premiere pool for a year now and we couldn't be happier. The pool construction went perfect from start to finish. The crews showed up on time and worked extremely hard. The design is exactly what we wanted and the finished product is a work of art.
Pool nightmare I would highly recommend going to another pool company. They told us concrete was included in the $19,995 package - completely NOT true! They said it would be cheaper to outsource the concrete after we found out and it costs $1,000 more. They come in making promises and they break them. In addition, the excavated our pool at the wrong depth and grading level, which now they want to charge us $3,000 extra for. There are parts of the pool-building process that Premier does well, like building the pool. But the attention to detail from this company is subpar. Their contractors regularly left the job site in worse condition than when they arrived. More specifically, I would never contract with Premier for fence removal/replace if you are trying to save some money on excavation time. We recently completed building a pool with Premier Pools and Spas. We had tentatively planned to use another company, but when we met with Premier's sales rep, Kyle Willis, we knew he was the one we wanted to work with through such a big project. Having a good sales rep was key to a having a good experience, in our opinion. Tony was awesome. Great pool design, understood what we wanted before we did. (Love the swim out), Teo was on top of the construction all the way through. There were two times that somebody showed up to correct an issue that I didn't know was an issue and I followed the construction pretty closely. I literally don't have a complaint. They even changed out a hose bib on my house. (I hadn't messed with it because I was afraid it would not go smoothly--and it didn't! LOL!).
