We have never had any problems with their service, if you are having issues, they get you in as soon as possible and keep you posted on the progress. We have always had GREAT service!

I live outside of Austin...but I always travel the 4 hours to Premier in Lufkin to get my car serviced. The guys are honest, never try to pull one over on me, and usually I even get a vacuum and wash! I love Premier!
