I am a returning customer and couldn't be happier. I just purchased a 2017 Kia Sportage from Randy Davis with Premier in Lufkin. It is by far, the best vehicle I have ever owned. The Premier staff and management were so very nice, helpful, professional and they sure did a good job with me. This place has never been anything but good to me, before and after new ownership. I used their service department for years before purchasing my new Soul from them 3 months ago. Fair, respectful and friendly! I will never go anywhere else for my Kia needs!
Salesman told my wife that the car had everything a Sorento but when she got it home and started checking for the things he said it had they were not there she wants to return and get money back she is sending letter as I type this
I purchased my second Kia Sorento in two years from them. An update was due on the GPS when I got the SUV. I was told they would update the GPS but, I had to wait until they ordered it. Never received the update so I called the manufacturer customer service. They called the dealership and was told they never said they would update my GPS. I purchased over $60,000.00 in vehicles from them and they play the 'I Didn't Say That' game for a $100.00 update? It is what it is. Merry Christmas Greg and Marco.

I purchased a Kia Sportage a few years ago and loved it. It has made several trips to California and Phoenix, it currently has 200,000 miles on it and still going strong. I went in to the Lufkin Kia and was sluffed off. Mr. Sowell, Mr. Morado, nor Mr. Barrett wanted to do business with me. They did not take me serious. As a woman I am offended by the lack of motivation on their part to sell me a vehicle. I usually pick out what I want and my husband signs the paperwork. Thanks for no help.
