We purchased a car from Premier this past week. It was an outstanding experience! No pressure and extremely accommodating !
The service department is great!!!! Everyone is courteous and the waiting room is awesome. I pay less to have my oil changed there than at the oil change places and get a free car wash to boot.
The service dept was very courteous and accommodating. Have used them for about 4 1/2 years, and have been very pleased with the service every time.

Awesome customer service given by the service department at Premier Kia in Lufkin. Took great care of my car including a free wash and vacuum as well as treated me like a valued customer!
A couple of years ago I had a bad experience with the sales department, but the service department was a good experience. They had really comffy chairs, free wifi, good selection of snacks, drinks and coffee, even had popcorn. I would go back to get my Kia Soul worked on. Even got a free car wash!
