I got s letter in mail there was a recall on my car and I made an appointment to bring my car. Everyone was friendly and nice took my car in at the time of my appointment . My car was ready to go within an hour with an oil change and fresh wash!!! Thanks Again Premier Kia !!

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The work was done properly and in a reasonable amount of time, fluid levels were checked and filled as necessary. The car was washed prior to being returned to me, which is a very nice touch! The one thing which sort of griped me was they wanted $10 to replace the cabin air filter. Again ths is a minor point, but they remove the old filter to show you it needs replacing, then they have to reinstall it when i refuse to buy one. This is the best car dealership I have ever been to. The sales crew got us in a car and completed all the paperwork in 35 minutes out the door with a new car instead of an all day cookie like most places. The service department is hands down unbeatable. You get an appointment and they stick to it. You go in sit down and with in 30 minutes your car oil is changed and the tires are rotated and the car is washed. AMAZING!!!!!
