Tamra was extremely helpful throughout the purchasing process from beginning to end. She always made herself available to answer any questions we had no matter how many we sent her way. She partnered well with her lender and ensured that they were always on the same page. We would work with Tamra again and would not hesitate to recommend her. We'll be calling her when it's time to sell!
Tamra was very helpful and responsive during our first home buying experience. While we were going to open houses and walk-throughs she would give input when asked but I never felt like she was trying to push us in a certain direction. She gave us the space to decide for ourselves. She was also helpful during escrow and answered all of our questions quickly. She was very on top of all the details and we felt like escrow was not nearly as stressful as we had heard from other people.
The home we really wanted had multiple offers but Tamra was able to negotiate the purchase of our dream home. She was always prompt with communications and kept our interests first. This is the second time we used Tamra and we highly recommend her.

I’ve worked with a lot of realtors in the past and none of them have provided the customer service or determination to find a home like she has.

Tamra helped me purchase my first home and then helped me sell that home a few years later. The purchase was a short sale and she was extremely knowledgeable on the process and made it as easy as possible. On the sale, she marketed my home perfectly and presented me with multiple offers to choose from. We closed escrow 30 days later and I couldn't be happier with her services. She was always available for me and made me feel like a top priority.
