This was a very difficult sale and I feel extremely fortunate to have had Glen & his team helping me through it. I inherited a peice of land through a family member's passing and needed guidance on how to complete the sale. Glen & his team went above and beyond to educate me on the process and guide me through each step of the way. End the end, they were able to sell for top dollar and were able to help our family move on. I would highly recommend Glen to ANYONE thinking about buying or selling real estate.
There’s not much I know about real estate or the San Diego area, but regardless of my lack of knowledge, Glens team pointed me in the right direction. They showed me homes in the area I was interested in, that had the lowest tax brackets and overall pricing. Haven’t settled on a place yet, but I am aggressively looking through what Glens team brings to me. Their customer service has been phenomenal! Highly recommend!
Mr Henderson was a pleasure to work with. We looked at a few homes but I explained to him that I was just getting to know the area before I was ready to make a purchase. Even though I wasn’t quite ready to buy, he still invested time into me. Thanks for breaking down the area to me Glen! I have a much better idea of where I’ll be settling down!
Glen and team marketed well. They failed to realize that the purchase offer was contingent on a sale, resulting in a week delay for which I was promised $420 in compensation for not cancelling. It's been well over a month and I have yet to see the promised money. In addition to the extra costs caused by the mistake, I was unable to put a contingency in my acceptance which potentially cost me thousands of dollars. I linked up with Glen to look over some potential homes I was interested in. I didn't find anything right away, but I know with Glen looking, it won't be long before I nab something!
