My friend and I inherited the home of a friend who passed away. He had a reverse mortgage. We didn't know where to start. We were nervous, as we'd never had to deal with a situation like this. Glenn and Shannon were both awesome in my situation.(Divorce) They worked around having minimal access and certain times they could be there to show the house. To me there was a lot of interested people that saw my property. The house sold for above asking price and within 1 month and closed fairly quick. We found Glen and Shannon through Dave Ramsey’s ELP program, and they impressed us immediately with the speed and quality of their return call. We interviewed several real estate groups, and Alliance was clearly the head of the class. We didn’t make it easy on Glen and Shannon- we were distant landlords on the East Coast, had a renter in the house, and the house needed some cosmetic repairs.
