I went for a F/U yesterday and the Dr who came in was nice however I felt rushed through my appt. He said he was covering for the attending I usually see. All the tests I did came out fine but I still felt like I was rushed. All my other experiences were great.
I've been a patient here for several years now and have been very pleased with every step along the way. Doctors are very thorough, caring and explain things very well. The facility is clean, bright and pleasant. I had a stress test this morning (chemical) and it went very smoothly. Staff were very caring, explained each step thoroughly, answered questions and were friendly and supportive. This is a wonderful heart/vascular center and I highly recommend it to everyone!
This place doesn’t care about its patients… It’s a money hungry operation that shows quite well by the lack of urgency in caring for someone showing bad symptoms. They make an appointment to initially see you when you have serious concerns and pain to only be turned down. Then make two more appointments to do basic tests they have the capability to do that same day. But…they rather charge you three more times (three more appointments) and let you suffer or worse? Medical facility with zero ethics and HEART
