I am a patient of Dr. Doyle (in the Pleasant Grove office) and he is the most amazing, caring, understanding, and knowledgeable medical professional I have ever seen (and I've been to a fair few). Today I came into the Premier Family Medical's Instacare for the first time. I was called back within 5 minutes of checking in. Dr. Mark Hafen and his medical assistants are the best. He is willing to get you in that day. You won't find a better Dr.
TERRIBLE experience. The doctor and the nurse was nice, but the office staff in Lehi (Triumph Blvd.) is unprofessional, unfriendly, and somehow stupid. Scheduled an annual physical exam last week. First the admin lady screwed up my lab report by putting the wrong patient name (..My first+last name only contains 7 letters, BTW), date of birth, SSN, then made every effort to blame/accuse the mistake on the patient. When they say the wait is 30 minutes for urgent care and 1 hour later you are still waiting, it's unacceptable. Definitately nothing urgent about it!!
If I was just rating Aaron Elswood I would give it a 5. We love using him. He always listens, and is very prompt. Unfortunately I HATE the office as a whole. Last time I was in there my appointment was at 3:50, and I didn't even get called back until after 5. The only excuse they ever offer is that they get behind, which I understand, but only to a point. If my child's pediatrician can be prompt when they are seeing literally hundreds of kids a day, can't a general practice office figure out the same thing? Also anytime you ... read more

i sure wish courtney in the lehi office could just talk nice to me when i call in, its always the same bad attifude with her always. i hate calling . i wish someone else would answer.

I LOVE Premier Family Medical and especially Dr. Willis!!! He is an amazing doctor and person. He's very intelligent, caring, nice and funny. He has been my doctor since birth and has also delivered my 3 girls. He has always been willing to listen to what's wrong and will help me the best he can, and If he can't he will refer me to someone who can. I don't know what I will do when he decided to retire.
